this one has been on my list forever, but i had so much other pasta to get through it took quite a while. frankie calls this “pasotto” style, as in you cook the pasta like a risotto and then add the cream and cheese so everything forms a nice silky sauce. i loved the result, it is super cheesy, smooth and rich. just a tiny bowl will fill you up. this one will be on the make again list.
