cheese, thyme, grapes

this isn’t really so much a recipe but a serving idea. camembert cheese is topped with olive oil, peppercorn and thyme, and baked in the oven until totally gooey and melted, then served with crusty bread and grapes. it was so good. i would never eat so much gooey cheese otherwise. i wrapped mine in foil tightly and luckily the cheese made it out in one piece without any spillage.
