#298 tamarind, greens, and mung beans with turmeric oil

this recipe is filling and so nutritious, filled with protein and fiber from the mung beans, swiss chard and yogurt. we both devoured this on a workout day. the tumeric oil with garlic and chili flake is unsurprisingly delicious and absolutely makes the dish and is a very ottolenghi touch.
