#210 brussels sprouts and tofu

this asian inspired version of tofu was pretty tasty, but it’s sort of a westernized pan-asian dish that i’d only do for a weeknight type of thing. the flavors here are cilantro, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sweet chile sauce and soy sauce on shitakes and brussel sprouts.
