brussels sprouts salad with crispy potatoes

i wanted to try a dressing from baked by melissa that was used on this salad, and i liked the simple ingredient list here. the dressing is basically an italian vinegrette with added miso, which honestly didn’t add as much flavor as i thought it would. don’t get me wrong, it was good, but i want to try it on another salad with some tweaks. i liked the crispy potatoes and finely shredded sprouts, it is a little indulgent, a little healthy and fresh at the same time.
