Yuzu with beets and a sweet yuzu vinegrette? So good! Add greens in there? Yum. Add lentils? You can miss me with that addition. Basically loved all the flavors going on here but intimately don't think they belonged with lentils. These pretty beets were from my garden, so I was proud of that!
