#107 tomato butter pasta

Okay I jumped on the bandwagon to make this story rich pasta. I have to say, I enjoyed it but definitely wouldn't make again. I used high quality tomatoes but I didn't feel like the recipe brought out their sweeteness. It also took soooo long to make and used wayyyyyy more butter than necessary. Also the parmesan cheese was listed as optional but it definitely wasn't, the dish needed the salty and savory touch of parm. Next time I'll go for marcella hazan's original. I love them big spiral noodles that the recipe called for and can't wait to use the rest of the bag for mac and cheese.
