#102 raspberry halva crumble bars with sumac and rose

I love desserts that come in bar form and was inspired to make these after seeing them on @simpleplainandplenty's feed. I was surprised how much butter went into them. Aren't Europeans supposed to be a little healthier than us? I loved the combination of sumac, rosewater and raspberry. I am not a total devotee of tahini, so I'm not sure I was wild about it here, but if you are, I think you'll love this recipe. All in all, it's a unique recipe that I am glad I tried.
