#269 asparagus and gochujang pancakes

from flavor

this one was a bit of a let down for me. the concept and the flavors were good, but laying a bunch of asparagus in a row made for an inflexible mess that was hard to flip. it looked okay on the plate, but was even more of a mess to eat. if i were to redo this one, which i won’t, i would chop up the asparagus into smaller pieces so they are better incorporated into the dough.
