#261 spicy moroccan carrot salad

this is one of those recipes i’ve had my eye on forever, and knew i would eventually get around to making. it’s a relatively simple cooked carrot salad with lots of warm spices, preserved lemon, and a nice dollop of yogurt on top. a perfect light weekend lunch, especially when served with a piece of homemade bread.
