#158 fried broccoli and kale with garlic, cumin and lime

from Simple

Every so I often I make an Ottolenghi recipe that is completely “meh,” and unfortunately, this one falls into that category. It recommends cooking garlic slices, cumin, blanched broccoli and kale on a high heat and then its mixed with lime juice, mint and urfa chili flakes. It sounds good but it just didn’t come together for me. At least it’s healthy!
