McSorley's cheese and cracker plate

Oh my gosh, this was an intense experience. This is a cracker plate served at a pub in New York City, and the mustard on it is more intense than wasabi. I had to stop using it halfway through. That said, the sharp cheddar, saltines and raw onion were super tasty together. I would probably love this with yellow or creole mustard, but then that would probably be sacrilege.
