#288 burrata with chargrilled grapes and basil

from simple

j has a newfound obsession with stracciatella, so i figured he would have a new appreciation for burrata too. these grapes were leftover from his lake retreat, so i made them into skewers for this unique dish. the fennel marinade is delicious and unique, together the grapes, basil and burrata are fresh, and the whole plate looks like something from a restuarant appeziter.
