#216 marinated pepper salad with pecorino

another day, another marinated pepper ottolenghi dish. like the others, this one was a hit! the peppers are roasted, cooled and then marinated with good olive oil, balsamic, garlic and thyme. the delicious marinade is then tossed over watercress, basil, and then peppers, capers and pecorino were mixed it. this dish was sweet, savory, fresh and balanced. absolutely delicious.
