burrata, beans, tomatoes

this is another simple nigel dish i picked to make on a weeknight (or j for that matter, as he cares greatly about getting credit for making dishes). i would never think to combine beans and burrata, but this really did work. the beans were fried up with garlic and olive oil so they were crispy, and then mixed with tomatoes and basil to make a super flavorful, saucy mixture that goes so well spread over some sourdough toast.
