strawberry shortcake crumble muffins

i have noticed a trend of strawberry shortcake ice cream bar inspired desserts, and i decided to go for these muffins. they were dangerously good. i had to bake a good bit more than the recipe called for, and they were on the crumbly side, but the taste was 10/10. i made these for j’s kickball game that ended up getting cancelled, and ate more of them than intended.
