mango pie

this has been on my list to make forever, and it did not disappoint. i love graham cracker crusts, i love mango, therefore i love this pie. the crust had a touch of cardamom, which was delicious, and the pie tasted like a mango creamsicle because it had whipped cream and cream cheese in it. the mango comes from a can, but you would be surprised how fresh the good stuff from the indian grocery store tastes. i think the only thing that would make it better would be a touch of lime juice or citric acid to make the flavor pop even more. i made it for the dessert for a nacho party.
