how pretty is this dish? it’s so simple, blanched kale is pureed with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, tossed with a hearty pasta and served with a generous sprinkle of parmesan. j gets credit for making this one for me after i got home from work. you actually eat a half pound of kale with one serving, pretty healthy!
