#73 egg and pecorino pizza

So this was not good, but I don't think I can judge it fairly. Basically you take Pizza dough, top it with a disproportionate amount of pecorino, spinach, zaatar and sumac, olive oil and an egg. The recipe specifically states to serve this piping hot from the oven, which was my plan, but my late ass friends derailed that. So it turned into a cardboard like substance. In fairness to me, I think this recipe called for way too much pecorino. I would have preferred some mozzarella or something in there. I am actually quite a #pizzaiola so my standards for pizza recipes are high, this one didn't make the cut.
