#302 butternut squash in cheesy custard with orange rayu

this was, by far, my favorite dish from the orange rayu trilogy. the cheesy custard was insanely rich and delicious, and every last bit needed to be mopped up with bread. the warm spices worked so well with everything too. this recipe may seem a bit fussy, but it is so worth it. you could skip the rayu all together and it would still be delicious.
