This salad is so named because apparently it’s unusual to eat these veggies raw in the UK. Funny because radish, peas, cauliflower, asparagus or watercress are all so commonly eaten raw here. The veggies were tossed with a savory dressing of mayonnaise, champagne vinegar, shallot, and sunflower oil. I got this amazing basil from the farmers market that looks like lettuce leaves. I skipped the olives because it’s the only ingredient I can think of that I just absolutely hate, though I should have thrown in some capers.
