#290 olive oil flatbreads with three-garlic butter

this garlic butter is soooooo goooood. mash together butter, black garlic, fresh garlic, roasted garlic and parsley, what could go wrong? the flatbread recipe gets very crispy on the bottom but stays soft on top, similar to a pizza. i used my baking steel instead of the inverted sheet pan called for in the recipe. the garlic butter is slathered on the flatbreads, topped with grated tomato, and then oregano and thyme. such a tasty dish, i am so glad there is leftover of the butter to put on anything.
