This is my favorite caesar salad recipe. I love it, I love it, I love it. And I love caesar. I’ve made it over and over again, it is truly my go-to. I want to say about 15 years ago I had a caesar salad at a restaurant in Lake Oswego, and I could never replicate it. It was all the same flavors but light like a vinaigrette instead of heavy and creamy. How did they get all the flavor without the heaviness? I found this recipe, and this is it.
