on occasion i will make a recipe from chrissy teigen, even if i don’t like her persona, because her cookbook co-author adeena susman is legit. these pancakes have blueberries and blobs of cream cheese sprinkled throughout a super fluffy pancake batter. topped with butter, graham crackers and maple syrup, they were a delicious breakfast for dinner.
