lett inspired burrata salad

a chez mary b copycat

this is another salad inspired by the norwegian chain lett. this one has
burrata
roasted sweet potato and regular potato
onion
pea puree (basically a blend of peas, garlic, and olive oil)
seedy mix of chili flake, sesame seed and pumpkin seeds
lettuce
green goddess dressing

this salad is fantastic and so hearty and satisfying. the pea puree is so unique, something i would never have thought to put on a salad.
