paneer stuffed romano peppers

this is the last romano pepper recipe that i had on my list. i used leftover peppers from the farmers market. the dish is actually very easy to put together, you sautee onions with cumin seed, then add chopped chili, shredded paneer, ginger, and tomato, stuff it into the peppers, and then bake (in my case, it fit easily in the toaster oven). the result was delicious on its own, but it would be so good with some fresh naan.
