i am only human, and i am susceptible to tik tok recipes just like everyone else. particularly the ones from this smiling midwesterner. this was quick to throw together but there was a good bit of chopping and making things messy. the end result was pretty tasty. it was my first time using black vinegar, and i’m not quite sure i actually like the taste of it. would try it again with rice vinegar.
