#285 not-your-average tomato salad
this is the kind of salad that is made for the peak farmers market tomatoes. it has an asian inspired fish sauce lime vinegrete that really works well, but what makes it special is the crispy garlic and ginger bits. i ate the whole thing, because j just does not like raw tomato. also, look how beautiful that green heirloom tomato is! i wish i captured more of them in the photo.
