#167 celery salad with feta and soft-boiled egg

Here's one more entry into the #greatmindscookottolenghi salad weekend. This is such a strange recipe that is not exactly one I gravitate to. I'm only just starting to tolerate green pepper, and it's pretty confusing but it's mixed with celery, lemon segments, caper and feta, then topped with a soft-boiled egg. I mean, what? I did like the salad, but it did feel a little disjointed. I love using lemon segments and salad, and this recipe did teach me that a warm soft-boiled egg does belong on top of any savory salad.
