This recipe reminds me a lot of the broccoli with tahini sauce from the Plenty cookbook, which is a good thing. Tahini + mirin in a sauce = 🤍. I was surprised it was a lot thinner in texture than I imagined. The cucumbers are marinated in a whole tablespoon of flakey salt, lime juice, garlic and sunflower oil. I would recommend cutting back on the salt in the cucumbers because the sauce have soy sauce and is salty enough.
