#84 oven fries with oregano and feta

I read some lackluster reviews of these fries, but I have no idea what those cooks are talking about. I think these are the best oven fries I've ever made! They are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and have the perfect amount of salt and seasoning. Before I made these, I thought I was going to dip them and ketchup or something, but when they came out of the oven I realized that was wholly unnecessary. I used Greek oregano like the head note suggested, I'm not sure if I could tell a huge difference from the regular stuff but it was very good overall.
