#83 watermelon with pomegranate and mint sugar

This is my first time making a brand new Ottolenghi recipe straight from the guardian. I just loved the idea of pomegranate molasses, watermelon and mint so I didn't want to wait to make it. It didn't disappoint, it was a delicious mix of savory pecorino with all the tartness and sweetness of these flavors. If you left out the cheese, it would make a delicious and healthy dessert as well. Has anyone else tried this recipe yet?
