#131 black rice noodles and mango salad with soy roast salmon

For #greatpastatations this week I switched gears and made something asian-inspired. I found these cool black rice noodles at my local asian market, so I used them to make this delicious salmon salad. It's got tons of flavors going on: unripe mango, cilantro, mint, basil, mirin, lime, hazelnut oil, sesame seeds and a super flavorful marinated salmon. I added extra bean sprout because I love the crunch. I am not one who usually cooks fish at home, but the directions left me with a perfectly cooked filet.
