#127 broccoli with mushroom ketchup and nori

I wasn't sure if I was going to like this recipe - I mainly picked it because I had some dried porcini mushrooms to use up. Would it be too mushroomy? Actually, it was pretty good, the mushrooms were caramelized and blended with apple cider vinegar so it wasn't overwhelmingly funky. The salty mix of sesame, Aleppo, nori, peanut and fried shallot really worked with everything. Have you tried this kinda weird recipe?
