#108 tomato and pomegranate salad

I just completed a four week ICU rotation, so I've had almost no time for myself to make fancy recipes. I'm pretty mad about all the peak farmers market time I've missed out on. I wanted to make something that made good use of the end of tomato season, and I thought this salad was perfect because when else would I be able to find tomato and pomegranate at the same time? As it turns out I couldn't, I had to buy the way overpriced packaged pre-seeded pomegranate (shudders). The salad was better that I was expecting, a tasty mix of as many different tomato varieties as you can find, red pepper, red onion, oregano, pomegranate and a garlic allspice dressing. Perfect for using all those beautiful market tomatoes.
