oyster cracker crusted fish sticks

This was my first time cooking with Walleye, and I already feel a touch more Minnesotan. The tartar sauce that goes with this was the highlight, and this recipe also made me discover how delicious oyster crackers are. They are like tiny, crispier saltines.
