rose, raspberry and lychee tart

i saw this tart on the show and thought it sounded amazing. he initially published an excessively complicated recipe, but then went back and simplified it. i made the latter version, and it was incredible. lychee, rose and raspberry are flavors that go so well together, spanning multiple cultures to create a perfect harmony.
