#31 chargrilled broccoli with chili and garlic

This recipe made my house insanely smokey, but it was worth it. I figured a dish that consisted of lemon, chili and garlic flavorings couldn't be that great, but the blanching and charring cooking method really elevated some plain broccoli. As suggested in the head notes, I added four chopped anchovy fillets, which I highly recommend.
