#26 Seared Tuna with Pistachio Crust and Papaya Salsa

This was my favorite tuna ever!!! Thanks to J for preparing so beautifully. The combo of pistachio, dijon and lemon zest in the crust was so good. Beautiful tuna is a must. And ate the papaya salsa for several days after.
