grapefruit pie

I loved this pie. The flavors were very, very me. Passionfruit curd, grapefruit with sweetened condensed milk, and a buttery salty ritz cracker crust. I made this for our covid-safe two person thanksgiving. It was utterly untraditional, but I don’t like all those pumpkin pies and I get to make my own rules. Also, grapefruit is a seasonally appropriate fruit!
