millet and sweet potato porridge

This one has been on my list forever because I wanted to use more of the millet in my pantry. It sounds good, but I also wasn’t jumping out of my seat to eat porridge either (and of course, now I’ve had it two days in a row). That said, it was a tasty meal that makes you feel full without an ounce of guilt. It’s very much like a bowl of oatmeal crossed with sweet potato pie.
