#123 chargrilled cauliflower with tomato, dill and capers

This dish had a similar concept as the famous chargrilled broccoli with lemon and chili from the same book, but more herbaceous and with cauliflower. The blanched and grilled cauliflower was delicious to snack on while putting everything together. This is a very typical dish for me to eat for a weekend lunch.
