#122 hummus with ful

I'm such a hummus snob, if it's not homemade it is not worth eating to me. This one was no exception, a delicious recipe that utilizes the cooking with baking soda trick, then blends with lemon, garlic and lots of tahini. All the day comes from the tahini, there is no olive oil blended in this recipe, it only goes on top. The hummus is then topped with fava beans that also have plenty of garlic and lemon. I enjoyed the whole thing together, but for the effort I would probably just make the hummus again.
